Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Jakarta, Indonesia. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp messenger.
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Give us an email to email@example.com, no later than 5 working days from the date you received the product
- Put your order number and order details, and reasons for your refund/exchange.
- We will review your email in maximum of 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, ÉGON shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our studio,it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately if the item returned has been worn or has some stains we will not be able to process the return.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
- When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be transferred to your account.
- In the event that ÉGON has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases ÉGON shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.
- For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.
Total return and refund time: up to 14 days.
