Order Processing and Delivery Window
After you place an order and confirm your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact email@example.com.
On average, order processing for ready made products will take 3-5 business days. Please note that our working hours are between Monday and Friday 10-4 pm and the processing window excludes all holidays. We do not account for any delays caused by payment processing or item availability.
However, the pre-order and custom items can require up to 5 weeks to finish.
All orders are sent from Jakarta, Indonesia – the location of our studio and warehouse. The orders are sent via TIKI (local) with a tracking number. You will receive an email on the day of the dispatch with the tracking number corresponding to your order. To track your order, please follow the link in your confirmation email or text.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express and/or USPS depending on the destination. However, please note, oftentimes when shipping internationally there are additional customs and other import fees associated with the purchase. While Egon does all that it can to mitigate these fees to its customers, it is not responsible for the additional charges. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees.
Taxes and Duties
The prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Once you proceed to checkout, the sales tax will be calculated into the total. Please note that all orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Indonesia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country’s import fees. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. We do not have any control over the charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. If an order is refused and returned to Egon, the shipping fees, unpaid tax, and duties will be deducted from the refund amount
It is possible to cancel your order if you haven’t done any payment. However, if you already did and wish to cancel – contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get our assistance.
To use the gift card, simply put the card code into the coupon field on the cart page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return within 5 days of delivery, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Notice Egon is not responsible for delays in shipping, delivery, lost/stolen packages, or any damaged items due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
Warranty Egon offers a lifetime warranty for any of your Egon’s item – email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will check the condition of the item to see if it fits the repairment or mending requirement.
