In general, make sure to store your bags and hats in a dustbag, stuffed to keep it in its shape. We do offer a lifetime warranty for any of your pieces, but surely doing any of these little tip won’t hurt!

Store in its dust bag when not in use.
Use damp cloth and mild detergen to clean the surface.

Avoid putting too heavy and sharp objects in order to keep the bag in shape.

It is natural that your product stretches to some degree overtime. This piece has been hand- made, making each one different a little in details.

For clear surface marks and water spots, Use a clean cloth and gently rub your bag to remove surface marks. You can also try using a never-been-used soft pencil eraser, and erase away the stain.

If you already had your piece for a while - for a brand-new look, besides taking it to the bag laundered, try using vinegar or rubbing alcohol and rub it with a clean cloth to your suede piece.
